Building Asset Plan
Our building asset plan forecasts building capital spending (consistent with the
environmental and energy management plans) based on an audit of the asset value of
building systems and the deferred capital liability for building renewal. This information
is essential in determining the strategy for energy efficiency measures and overall
efficiency improvement economics.

We are a leader in several high technology fields having delivered robust solutions
to manufacture consumer products.
Our extensive experience in electronics manufacturing
and quality systems implementation is further enhanced with staff member certified
Six Sigma Green Belt, who established the specifications (design, decorating, painting,
etc.) for high throughput injection molded plastics systems that were adopted at
multiple international manufacturing sites for a fortune 100 company and as the plastics
subject matter expert, evaluated and troubleshot issues at manufacturing sites throughout
the world. Granted 20 U.S. patents with 8 additional pending we possess numerous
internal strategic trade secrets, having developed and implemented technology that
has shipped in more than 100 million consumer products world-wide.
