Metal Injection Molding (MIM) is a hybrid technology integrating the shaping capabilities
of plastic injection molding with material flexibility of conventional powder metallurgy.
The
parts are initially produced using an injection-molding machine, after which they
are subjected to a binder removal process. Different methods of debinding are applied
depending upon the type of binder used. Finally, after debinding, the parts go through
a sintering process.
The flexible nature of MIM technology is ideal for mass production
of small, intricate geometry components of varied materials as it can achieve 95%-98%
dense as good as wrought condition, consistent quality parts. MIM is a crucial process
for producing components for many industries, including medical, consumer electronics,
mobile devices, automotive and industrial manufacturing.

High
precision, electric injection molding machines equipped with optical screws and barrels
calibrated in nano to sub-microns scale in molding optics ranging from 50 g to as
small as 0.01 g.
Optical replication presents the ability to fabricate clear optical components capable of withstanding multi-pass solder reflow conditions of up to 265°C for 30 sec exposure.
Flash LED: Flash LED features super bright and ultra-mini size that can operate at a high current of 2 Amp and emit up to 100 candelas, which is more than twice the brightness level of conventional LEDs for Flash.
The Flash LEDs small size supports miniaturization of devices and is suitable for ultra-small products including mobile phones, digital cameras and video cameras enabling shooting of continuous images without the need of recharging the battery, which is not possible with conventional xenon lamps. The lifespan of a Flash LED is more than twice as long as a conventional xenon lamp while combining the advantages of conventional LEDs and superior image quality produced with the brightness comparable to a xenon lamp.
